The main dish served at the restaurant is Ramen of all kinds. You'll have a delicious Shoyu Niboshi here, which is a poultry broth with kakuni bacon, egg, chives and chashu and nori pork neck. Another great option, very popular here, is the Yakitori, which is a poultry broth with boiled chicken and grilled corn, leek, egg, nori, chives and roasted spring onions! It is slightly spicier as hot sauce is added to it. The menu will also include items for vegans, such as Kinoko Vegan Shoyu, as well as Tantanmen Vegan.
