My name is Davit Turkestanishvili, I am Georgian and I love to cook! For a long time I have been dreaming of my Georgian restaurant , where I will be able to tell the story of my beloved Georgia with the help of food, the tasty tomatoes, the sun-pampered eggplants. Share memories of fragrant grape vines corked in bottles of delicious wine. And it happened, I have a Georgian restaurant in Warsaw. It's called RUSIKO - after my mother, who ran the restaurant for many years. We continue to carry on her tradition, conjuring up the best Georgian dishes in the kitchen for you!
