Are we an Italian restaurant? Not exactly. You won't find traditional Italian dishes with us, carbonara, bolognese sauce or lasagne. We would never prepare them as well as an Italian mamma. But we create Italian-inspired cuisine out of love and admiration for Italian cuisine. We take full advantage of their concept of simple cuisine, based on few ingredients, but of the highest quality. We believe that a good product defends itself
